Town Hall/Community Meeting
Join us for a Town Hall/Community meeting on
Tuesday, April 27th at 6:00 PM.
This meeting will be held by Zoom Webinar. Please register in advance for this webinar at the link below:
After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the webinar.
Q: Will my information submitted through the registration link be shared?
A: Yes. Please include accurate contact information as it is required by and shared with the County. It also provides us with the information needed to follow-up on any specific questions after the meeting, if needed.
Q: How do I access the webinar at the date/time it is scheduled for?
A: Once you register for the Webinar through the link above (also here – https://zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_PzcxqTtSS7C1xSdEJj2VDQ), you will receive a separate email with a link and password to join. This email will also contain a calendar invite so you can add it to your schedule. Click the link provided and enter the password. You should automatically join the Webinar.
Q: What if I want to join by phone?
A: Your registration link will contain a phone number and passcode for the Webinar. You can dial in by phone with this number and passcode. Milestone will be presenting a powerpoint presentation of project details on the Webinar, so be aware that you may be unable to follow this portion on your phone.
Q: I have a neighbor who did not receive the notice, but wants to join. How can they join?
A: Please tell them to register for the meeting on this website, at the link above.
Q: What if I didn’t receive a meeting confirmation after I registered?
A: Please check your spam/junk folders to see if it was filtered there. If not, please call us at (703) 667-0462 or email at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can send you a new confirmation email.
Q: I am having trouble hearing in the meeting. What do I do?
A: Try to dial in/join the meeting online again. When you enter, it should prompt you to join by phone audio or computer audio.
Q: When will I have the chance to ask any questions?
A: Please see below for a tentative meeting agenda:
0:00-0:05 minutes – Introductions of Milestone Team and meeting agenda/protocol
0:05-0:25 minutes – Milestone presentation of project details
0:25-0:30 minutes – Recap of meeting protocol and explanation of how Q&A is handled
0:30-1:25 – Q&A
1:25-1:30 – Recap, wrap up meeting
Q: How will the Q&A portion of the meeting work?
A: All participants will be required to “Raise Their Hand” on the Webinar tool if they would like to speak. You can “Raise Your Hand” by scrolling your mouse to the bottom of the webinar screen and selecting “Raise Hand”. Milestone will take questions in the order that participants have raised their hand. We understand many of you will have multiple questions, so we will do our best to answer as much as we can while being respectful of other people’s time and questions as well.
